Custom Design Service

Discuss directly with our jewellery designer about the style that you would like to custom made it.
Our jeweller will explain to you in detail about the process and will guide you with his expertise.

Digital Design Service

Our team of expert digital designers can create a photorealistic computer render of your piece. After designing, we will be providing you 3D render of your piece to help you visualise your ideas.

In addition, we will hand you a wax resin sample of the custom-made piece for you to view the result before the final production process. This design can be tweaked and adjusted until your piece is exactly how you imagined it.

Re-Modelling

Remodelling existing pieces of jewellery is a great way to create a personalised piece with sentimental value. At LARRYAN Privé, we can work with you to re-design and remodel your jewellery.

Our jewellers will be able to assess the reusability of the precious metals and heirloom gemstones or diamonds to make sure they are suitable. It is important to note that not all precious metals and Diamonds/gemstones can be re-used or re-set due to wear or damage.

After Sale Service

LARRYAN Privé Jewellery offers a lifetime complimentary ultrasonic clean and inspection service to all our clients. As part of the inspection, we will check the setting and the claws of all diamonds to make sure they are safe and secure. Duration of ultrasonic clean service is 15 minutes only.

Other Services

Polishing, rhodium plating or repairs to your jewellery will usually require 10 business days. We will advise you of the cost and timing in advance of carrying out these services.

LARRYAN Privé proudly provides one time complementary polishing and rhodium plating to all our engagement ring purchases.

Resizing Services

We offer one time complementary re-sizing up to three sizes up or down within the first two years from date of purchase (excluding eternity rings).
